Kodak Theater Information Kiosks
MDS Exhibits created a series of outdoor information/advertising kiosks for the Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau. The unit featured above stands at the front entrance of the Kodak Theater at Los Angeles’s Hollywood & Highland Center.
The kiosks are water and theft-resistant and house: three 42” plasma televisions; one hundred and twenty 4” x 9” and fifteen 9" x 11" literature pockets; and three light-boxes illuminating the words “Visitor Information”. Mechanized hoods lift the televisions to the operator's desired height and shield them from the elements. The brochures can also be locked safely away as needed via pivoting/locking display panels.
