Advanstar - The Factory Exhibit
OBJECTIVES: Advanstar Communications, organizers of power-sport, off-road, and automotive aftermarket trade shows, required numerous free-standing rolling displays for its pavilion-style mobile marketing exhibit, “The Factory.” These un-staffed, theft deterrent, displays needed to be easily distinguished from one another while providing a unifying look for “The Factory.”
SOLUTIONS: Forty similarly shaped displays were built featuring neutral colors in both the exposed framing and top-surfaces. This design created a consistent look that transcended the various manufacturers’ diverse branding efforts.
Each unit featured two dedicated product display panels with purpose-built custom mounting hardware, and a header system with built-in audio-visual and lighting equipment. The extra-sturdy structures required no shippers and included storage cabinets, making “The Factory” highly practical and cost-effective for multi-city tours.
RESULTS: The number of displays featured in “The Factory” exhibit has increased significantly each year since its inception. Advanstar executives have deemed this ongoing mobile marketing program highly successful.
