MDS Custom Exhibits & Auto Show Displays

OBJECTIVES: For its introduction to the massive U.S. automotive market, automobile manufacturer Hyundai Motor America (HMA) contracted MDS Exhibits to produce its auto show debut. To establish itself as a major manufacturer of outstanding quality vehicles, HMA decided to bring attention to its off-road competitions vehicles and affordable subcompacts.
SOLUTIONS: Multiple exhibit kits were built featuring raised platforms with overhead Hyundai-branded arches. For each kit, three raised platforms were constructed from aluminum and high-end laminates. The off-road racing car was placed on a platform that included a soil top-surface, while other vehicles were placed over internally lit flooring and plush carpeting.
RESULTS: MDS provided HMA with turnkey auto show program support for more than fifteen years. Its auto show involvement grew rapidly and so did its U.S. vehicle sales. Today, HMA is one of the leading auto manufacturers in the U.S.
